What should I do if I am unable to pay the balance due today?

If you are unable to pay your balance today Here are some options: (1) Call (855) 366-6109 and speak with an Emergent Representative and make arrangements that fit your current financial situation. (2) Send in a payment of the amount you believe you can afford now with a letter with arrangements of what you can pay going forward. (3) Send a letter advising of your challenges and include a contact number with the best time for an Emergent Representative to call you to discuss your situation.

How do I report a complaint?
